Montana Canvas Tent Upgrades

I have a 12x17' Montana canvas tent with a colorado stove. I'm looking for "upgrades" or features you guys would recomment to make camping in it more convenient. We use it for spring, fall, winter. We have a tarp for a floor, but have had a hard time figuring out an organized method of storing gear and clothes without just putting it all outside at the weather's mercy.

Yes, carpet cut to the size of tent minus where the stove is, and yellow top totes under cots. Rechargeable led rope lights. Strings to hang clothes along outer walls.
