Montana Antelope 900 Archery: Region 3 Removed

Looks like Montana FWP is separating out region 3 from the 900 series antelope archery tag….
Claiming 20-80% archery harvest rates and landowner complaints of two many hunters.

Thanks for the heads up here, ill have to dig into this more. Was looking at the 900-20 for next year and have a buddy that lives in the 300 units so I may have a choice to make now.

Looks like they want to attach a quota to the archery only in Region 3 due to the number of tags allocated.

It's due to the number of bucks harvested on the 900 tag. It was a biologist recommendation
