To echo what others have said.

It's an amazing scope. The THLR reticle is the only way to fly. It's a bit tough to learn how to use. You need to shoot it and do some practicing so it's second nature while in the field. The reticle is amazing in the field when you understand how to use it. I can't overstate how well it works in use.

The scope itself i like better then my atacr in every aspect. Eyebox, glass etc. I dont know which scope is lighter but frankly. It's a giant scope so if you even considering it weight isn't a concern. If weight is a concern I'm going maven rs1.2. Otherwise I'm using this scope.

Where does a guy find this video from @THLR pertaining to using the thlr reticle? I have had a zp5 mr4 for a long time, it's been a great scope, but the reticle is mainly target/comp use.

There are more tutorial videos on his channel and in the review thread Form did located in the long range forum.
Watched some, very dumbed down in the videos, with no vocal explaining of how his system really works, just short video clips with 2-3 words.

I get his light med strong bracket idea. His wind eval foliage movement videos pretty intuitive. I'd like to figure out his bracketing math, 100% value? He has 3 different brackets for 3 wind speeds 300-500m, just have to memorize location of the bracket on the stadia, as it's not really indicated in reticle other than these different shadings.

Guess a guy would have to sit down and memorize wind brackets at 100% value, and then just fractionalize based upon the vector of the wind to target with best judgement of the terrain. This image from a scope review on the hide explains things a lil more.

Edit: his videos make me want a blaser r8 as fast that bolt runs.

This is just my opinion based off of watching his tutorials, but I think the over arching theme is "go shoot and learn." Much like Form's quick drop method for holds out to 600, with enough shooting they become intuitive and memorized.

Just what I've gathered, I could be completely incorrect.

Have you read through Form's review and the Q&A thread? Lots of information in there ...
