Mike Tyson VS Jake Paul

Watched that skit last night out of sheer morbid curiosity. I haven’t watched Paul in the ring before, other than short promotional clips. The kid has no business being in the ring. It was painfully obvious that AJ was going at it about 30 percent. In a regular sanctioned fight, it wouldn’t have went past the first round. An absolute embarrassment to the real sport.

Never had even a slight chance.

If Paul had come up through the rankings like anybody else, he'd never have made it to the guys with the talent Joshua has. I'm all for Paul getting beat up by guys with more talent and skill than he can dream of, I'm thinking he should try Andy Ruiz Jr next.

Agreed, I hated rooting for the Brit over the US, but I had to on this one.

Wasn't it a sanctioned fight? I believe it was.

Not that I disagree with you at all. But I'm sure he's laughing with that 90+ mil purse plus whatever he got from promotion and production. I'll take a full on knockout embarrassment for that all day.

It was a sanctioned fight. And I don't think AJ was taking it easy. Paul was moving so much, pretty much running. Sometimes you can't force it. I thought AJ did good letting the fight come to him and knocked him out when the opportunity arose.

I loved when the ref brought to the middle of the ring and said something like “quit running, that’s not what they paid to see”
Then the oh Shiz look on JPs face when he got set up in the corner knockout

I thought AJ was going half speed as well. Ass clown was moving a lot but AJ wasn't really going after him. There were a few times in the fight where JP left himself wide open and AJ didnt swing. Who knows. I might have thought this whole fight was rigged until I saw the close up of JP's jaw. Wow.

Live- I didnt think he even threw the KO punch that hard......but damn that jaw was messed up. AJ is a scary dude.

I hate to say it but in JP post fight speech I actually give him alot of respect- every one saying he doesn't take real fights- he takes on one of the best- takes a huge KO and talks about how he got his tail whipped but gave it all he had and is going to take a break but come back ready for more in his actual weight class.

JP ran until he got tired. AJ wasn't going to chase him like a kid on the playground. When he got tired he started punching him.

I highly doubt we see JP fight again. Bilateral jaw fracture and tooth extraction is a significant injury.

I did find humor in the one broadcaster saying something about not being significantly injured at the end of the fight. LOL he was messed up. He barely knew where he was and pretty obviously something was broke when he was still on the ground.

I respect him for it. AJ is a brutal dude and he stepped up to him. Stupid, but it took some balls.
