The spotting scope pocket connects with tabs and 3bars, so it is unlikely that you'd be able to get this to work without sewing. However, the side pockets have PALS on the back and it *should* work by running the compression straps through the clips. If you get me the spacing of the compression straps I can measure them on a large side pocket to see if they will work. Another thing that may work is the old back pouch (predecessor to the E&E), claymore or the Long Pockets all of which use the D&L system with the slotted female buckles you could just throw on the compression straps. I don't have any of the latter, so hopefully someone with any of those could verify the spacing would be close enough to work.
