Meopta Warranty

Does their warranty transfer? Looking to upgrade my binoculars and will probably look to buy used.

Also on Cabela’s euros, will Meopta’s warranty cover these?

I had a older model that was probably purchased around 2000-2001 by a friend, a 15-45x not sure which model, I bought it from him around 2006 and used it until around 2015. The threads where it attached to a tripod head wallowed out so I sent it in to see if it could be fixed or replaced, two weeks later I had a brand new 20-60X latest and greatest Meopta show up at my door. I don't remember a lot of conversation about it, maybe an email exchange or two. All seemed simple enough and I was more than satisfied. Not sure if any of this answers your question but this was my experience.

Thanks for sharing your experience. That’s the type of info I’m looking for. Right now I have Zen Ray’s (now out of business) and could never get a hold of them for warranty issues.

The Meopta warranty is transferable

I bought demo meopta binos and a tactical scope.at a sport show .scope didn't come with marked turret adjusters which way to turn for up down l/r adjustment and no turret covers the scope was not threaded for them was an older model.they are an awesome glass . I called meopta.explained the situation they have the covers said they would ship them out no charge if I could figure out how to mount them two rubber O-rings they fit well.they didn't have the the turrets next time they got a scope in for repair they would take them off and send them to me they said.i thought ya right and wrote that off. 1 month or so later I had a package in the mail it was the turrets no charge.they are an awesome glass and customer service second to none. ask for Yolanda she knows her stuff as well if you have questions.1-800-828-8928 good luck
