Anyone know who can service a meopta spotting scope? I emailed meopta twice over 6 weeks and never heard back

Word at SHOT last year was Spring 2025. Nothing yet but we keep checking with them

Recently, my 15 x 56 HD Meostar binoculars broke. So currently in the process of warranty.

1. Email to get your RMA and warranty sheet filled out by the representative. (Takes multiple days and up to weeks to get replies.)
2. Email back to them to let them know you have shipped. The shipping goes to Czech Republic and is quite expensive around $300.
3. What is said is they will arrive and they will do a thorough diagnostic. They will then email back with an estimate on cost for repair once paid then they will repair and then apparently send back.

I’ll try to update once I get to West point currently at waiting for a reply. Acknowledging that I have sent binoculars to them.
