Meopta Meostar, Nikon Monarch HG or ?

I run HGs and absolutely love them. I'm big on wide FOV and that in combination with the lightweight is the best feature for me. The nikons do have significant color fringing which is their downside, which only bothers me when looking at dark timber adjacent to snow.
The meoptas are beautiful as well, but they are significantly heavier. The glass is great and I like the feel.
I agree the zeiss are a good pair and I quite like the vortex vipers as well for their price point.
When paralyzed by choice I find it helpful to surf these classifieds and see what comes up at an attractive price. I bought a scope from Doug and he was great as well.

The Meostars would be my pick. Mine handle glare and looking into shawdows better than the conquests and razors I have/ have had. They are comparably heavy though.

Huge thanks for EVERY reply. Not sure I'm any closer to making my choice however. Just happen to live in an area where quality glass is not possible to handle...or purchase. Kinda like boots, I would much rather try them before I bought them. Everybody who has responded has had influence on my thought process. Keep posting any deals you see on any aforementioned binos as I'd consider them all. Seems like price may be the determining factor as everybody has had similar thoughts about quality and performance regardless of brand. Gr8fulDoug, help!! Lol

I have a pair of Sig 3000BDX and the boy has a pair of Nikon5(? not sure)8x56 but his binos are every bit and maybe a little more than my Sigs.
I'd really think about getting rid of the scope and binos to do a Nikon bino again
