Meopta meostar binocular tripod adapter options

Just curious if anyone who is using these binos has found a "universal" type or other brand tripod adapter that works to attach the meostar to their tripod. The Meopta brand adapter seems awfully expensive!

I have the Vortex Unidapter mounted to mine.

Slick little adapter, and reasonably priced.

Well I just went to the outdoorsmans sight and they call it a "stud" shaun, not a "nipple"

I was wondering this too. Is the vortex one better than the vanguard? I have a vanguard and it's a pain.
