1) Meopta Meostar S1 20-60X75 straight spotting scope with eyepiece and Meopta cordura scope coat. $900 shipped and insured at my expense.

2) Vortex Viper (Non HD) 15-45X60 spotting scope with eyepiece and Vortex Neoprene scope coat. $375 shipped and insured at my expense.

3) Leupold Golden Ring 10X42 Binoculars with Leupold brown binocular case. $600 shipped and insured at my expense.

Is the meopta the HD or APO version?

Non HD. I don't think they made their Meostar spotters HD until the S2.

They made an S1 in HD, not sure when its release was but it shows on their website. Damn tempting even not in HD, just wish it was angled.

I have the HD S1 angled. I believe the HD has a red ring on the objective end. I like this scope. Not near as heavy as the big 80s or 85s.

I wasn't aware there was an HD S1. I'll check; but, I'm pretty sure it is non-HD, as advertised. I'm with you mar-85, I just love these. I wouldn't be selling this if I hadn't stumbled upon the S2 version.
