Memorial Rifle Build for late brother stock help

In regards to engraving that you want, you may consider having that done on the action or barrel shank if you can’t get it done on the stock. 😊
I honestly can't express my gratitude enough for you helping and being such a resource in this. Obviously this build is very emotional for me and my family and getting it done right is crucial to me, so thank you.

The other suggestion I have if you absolutely want it on the stock is to have it cerakoted on the stock.

With the level of craftsmanship that some of these guys have along with today’s tech with vinyl stencils, I bet it could be done.

Good idea !!!

Do you have any suggestions on sources that could do this type of work?

My thought also would be to talk with Manners & see what they think as to what process would
Be compatible with the stock finish.

@Robinhood21 Ryan, any ideas on this?

ETA: I contacted Manners & they said they didn’t have any way to do this, or sources to recommend. Said maybe have lettering done on a small plaque & attach it to the stock.

Another idea is to hand write the words on the stock with a fine line paint pen & clear coat over that.

I’m thinking like the lettering & wording on a few custom longbows & recurves or fishing poles etc.

If you could do it yourself that would be even better because it’d be done with Love & Pride !!

You can do it !!!

Any one here ever done their own camo painting of a manners stock? If so can you please recommend the type clear coat to use?

Thank you.

I'd also be asking Foundation what they could do for you customization-wise on a Remnant or Ezekiel. They're extremely solid people and would be worth asking. Plus I think the fit and finish on their stocks is second to none. As well as attention to detail in general.
