Man some of you guys make me feel really unprepared!
I carry:
Ibuprofen, Benadryl, anti diarrhea pills
Duct tape
Mole skin
I don't have much training (although a wilderness first aid class is on the to-do list) so I don't feel like filling my pack with stuff I don't know how to correctly use anyway.
