IMO, a test that is something like 3-4 layers of leather over a stiff pillow...which would somewhat replicate impact on a heavy animal.

That steel is just costing you money in BH's- grin

Good idea! Yeah, it is getting pricey! I was also thinking of using drywall.

Those all held up better than I would have expected, especially the Killzone. I like destroying stuff too.;)

Yeah, Killzones are tough. But then again, the blades never really hit the steel plate, cause the ferrule tip is so long. I've killed quite a bit of animals with them, and am always impressed with their durability but not with their penetration. But with your draw length, you can shoot them through anything :)
