Meat packer near Lake City Colorado

My buddy and I drew CO third season bull tags in Lake City, CO. We have been told many of the packers are done for the season after the second season. Any one know of a meat packer for hire that would available for the third elk season? Just looking for someone with animals to help pack out meat if we get bulls. Thanks.
