I have the Meat! #22 1.5 HP dual grind grinder. I ground up a few elk, aoudad, and deer with it from last year. Excellent grinder. Although after grinding everything and now cooking it, I realized I need a grinding plate with much smaller holes for hamburger. I have found smaller ones that supposedly fit a #22 grinder but none of them will fit over the center post of the auger. Has anyone been able to find any that will fit for my grinder? The center hole diameter on the plate needs to be 7/8” and I have only found them with 7/16” center hole. I spoke with a rep from meat your maker and they do not sell different sized plates. Any help would be appreciated.
