Meat Grinder- Help Me Choose

I have the 1.5HP MYM grinder and highly recommend it. I'm a big advocate of buying more grinder than you think you need because nothing is more frustrating than jamming it up and having to take it apart mid-grind. That was my experience with a smaller LEM. I do about 4-6 big game animals a year and haven't had any issues with MYM.

I’ve had the 1HP Meat for two years. Black Friday purchase and it was far and away cheaper. I haven’t wanted for the LEM yet. I do recommend their 1 and 2 lb game bags and a 2” stainless stuffing horn. Makes putting away deer burger or pig sausage super fast and effective. The foot pedal is a must also. I came from a cheaper cabelas .5hp DC grinder. Also, for dual grinding, I rarely do that. I go straight to the small. 1/8” plate and run meat one time thru that.
