Maximum cartridge length for CA Ridgeline 6.5 PRC w/ internal magazine

Does anyone know the maximum length of a CA Ridgeline in 6.5 PRC can handle in the internal magazine?

I am going to reload some rounds for a buddy of mine (who lives in a completely different state). I already sent the O-Give comparator down to him along with the bullets we are going to use to get a jam chamber measurement. He really wants to shoot the 156 Bergers…. And then all of a sudden I started thinking that we might have some OAL issues.

after just doing some math… if I load with a 0.020 jump the estimated OAL would be in the neighbor of 3.062”.

so it looks like the ole 156 will not be ideal for this gun

I’ve loaded for 3 Ridgelines and a Mesa in 6.5prc using the 156s without issue and great results. Shoot me a pm and I can share some load data tomorrow when I get out to my shop with my books
