Maven Waranty

Hello everyone,

I am thinking about switching from vortex to maven and I am wondering what their warranty is like? I am hard on things, so I have utilized the vortex warranty numerous times and I was beyond thrilled with the results. I was hoping someone has had first hand experience with the maven warranty and could report their experiences here. Both good or bad. I've talked with my local rep and hes been nothing but awesome so I'm sure the rest of the company is similar.

I never used it when I had maven. But.... The guy I sold my spotter to I know called them up and asked them to refurbish the spotter. He sent it in and they replaced all the glass and switched the color of all the aluminum that I had that was orange to black. All he paid for was shipping to them. Took about 3 weeks to get it back.
