I picked up 3 of the throw levers that @Styer22 created and installed them on my RS1.2 and original RS3. They are well designed, light and seem very sturdy (time will tell if any durability issues). Product was well packaged with clear instructions. Included everything needed to install, however I will say my factory screw I needed a different allen wrench to get it loose. Installed quickly and very securely.

The stud is big enough to comfortably use but not too large to get in the way. Also doesn’t get in the way of the bolt function even fully zoomed which is great. On my RS3 I’ve had issues with other options and don’t anymore.

For a light, low profile throw lever I think this is a great option.

What’s your thoughts on a suitable test??
Not something I’m really planning to test in the true sense of the word. It’s seems sturdy but all I have done is mount it so hasn’t left the house. So comment is it seems very sturdy and secure but this is not tested with any use beyond installation and messing with it at home. It’s not something I’m going to stress test or intentionally try to break. As long as it holds up under normal shooting and use that’ll work for me, which I’m sure it will.

Edited original comment to make clearer as not planning any testing of an item like this.

I'm taking 2 of them on my Mavens to Alaska for a 10-day hunt. I'll be doing plenty of setup and tear down practice and will try to test them hard. I highly doubt they will break, but I wonder if they will eventually loosen up.

I used both of my rifles with the throw levers on them for a 10-day hunt. They were pretty beaten and abused busting through alders and getting soaked. But they didn’t loosen up or have any issues.

Then the next weekend, I shot an NRL Hunter in near 100-degree weather with the throw levers on my rifle and my brother-in-law’s rifle. They held up great to 18 stages in the heat and humidity. They didn’t loosen up at all.

Would highly recommend for any RS1.2 users.

Great update. Thanks. I’ve enjoyed mine so far no complaints.
