Maven rs2 vs huron vs optika5

Narrowed my selection down to these 3.

Haven't heard about maven but have not really heard many complaints.

Only thing about the huron is the eye relief.

I have a buddy who was saying good things about the optika5 4-20x44 but it is the most heavy of all.

The Huron eye relief is unacceptable. Why didn't the Credo 3-9x40 make your short list?

Not sure the eye relief on the Huron....but the eye relief was a little short on the rs2 if I remember right. Was nice glass though. Pawned it off on my brother in law. He loves it on his 243. On a light kicker it's a non issue.

RS2 with a 38mm obj is lighter than the Optika5 4-20x44, of course, it is. To me, the added weight, features, and quality are with the extra ounces. I have the Optika5 4-20x50 RD and love it. It has spent time on numerous rifles from bolt action 22 LRs all the way up to .300 WM for deer hunting. Zero issues and 4 deer with 4 shots. Plus, you gotta love the price! Full disclosure, I do some freelance work with Meopta, but my comments are based on my hands on experiences.
