WTB Maven RS1.2, Nightforce SHV, S&B Klassic or similar

Hey all,

Looking for a hunting scope, general guidelines are up to magnification of x18, needs to be down as low at x4 or lower, ideally with exposed elevation and capped windage, could go either FFP or SFP.

Happy to take suggestions, at this stage it seems like my preference would be Maven RS1.2, or Nightforce SHV.
Looking second hand to hopefully extend my $$ a bit further than new.

Thanks to all those who do reviews and offer insights of scopes, it is a great help to those of us choosing hopefully a good one.

I have an extra Nightforce SHV 3-10x42 I'm not planning to use so considering letting it go, ended up using an old VX-L on the rifle it was slated for because I already had 1" rings for it. Everybody loves the Mavens and I'm sure for good reason. I bought an RS1.2 with the MOA reticle and it was just too big for my liking, longer and more bulky than I wanted and tall turrets so I sold it and got my other SHV 3-10x42 on that rifle now.
