Whelp, I'm at a stand still. Before hitting 18inlbs, either the tapped portion or the screws of the Warne Hyperlite rings stripped on 4. The shavings that came out with the screws would make one think we were a machine shop.

Hyper lite looks like Hyper junk
I had a 30mm set on that crs3 and pulled them off to check everything. They seemed fine and I switched them over to a NF scope to test later on.

The 34mm shown above, 4/8 tapped holes stripped before 18inlbs was reached. The stripped holes are all on the opposite side of the rail clamp. Warne said they have had a few in 34mm pop up with that issue and I have tracking for a new set already. The tapped rail clamp holes and the cap holes above those were solid when hitting the prescribed torque values.

Sending this off for a scope evaluation, hopefully Form is easy on it because I really like it so far! 🤞
When you get it back, do a quick write up on it. I’ve got until 12/31 to decide if I want to use a 15% maven discount.

Used the maven rs.6 a little more today, above about 7 power for me it is not very clear, reset the diopter several times and it doesn’t seem to help. Shooting at 100 yds I feel it has a lot of parallax movement. The reticle also seems to almost disappear in sagebrush terrain. The more I use it the less I like it. The turret and locking feature is awesome along with the throw lever but that’s about it. Might have to move this one along.
Depends on your use, I don’t like it the little I used it. It will be interesting to see the results from the evaluation.
