We received our demo in today. The bow tunes and shoots amazingly well. It's definitely different. Smooth, quiet, and dead in the hand. It is on the slow side but its an incredibly accurate bow. Worth taking the time to shoot.

and how does it have any letoff without a hump in a cam?

i do love how something new came out..and it is "new".

Only Mathews would go from one cam to two cams and call the results a NO CAM.

I don't beleive the axle Is offset because the string radius stays that same through out the draw cycle as stated in the video. The cable take up on the other hand should be shaped although I have yet to actually see it myself since it is not in the video. OR will know for certain.

The let off is determined by the draw module. There are three different mods available. 65,75, and 85 percent let off. The bow comes with the 85 mods installed.

As far as tuning it goes you would tune it just like any other bow. Set the timing and use what ever method of tuning you like with the exception of yoke tuning of course.

In order to maintain the same string radius the axles have to be center to the string wheels.

The string track is concentric to the axle, maintaining the same angle between string departure and axle.
The take up side, rather than being a shaped cam, is round, but does not rotate concentrically around the axle, essentially doing the same thing as a std takeup module. The letoff side works with the takeup side to give you your draw curve.
By evenly distributing the load on each side of the string track, you have a truly balanced system, influenced only by the slight offset pull of the limb tips from the cable guard. If you wanted true zero horizontal nock travel you could put a split roller guard on it and shoot thru the cables.

It's solid. Not as solid as a limb stop but still very good.

I'm really interested in shooting these bows, but I feel that I have fallen too deep in love with my Prime's solid wall.
