No mods. All stock . Sorry, 63# measured draw weight.

Thanks. I was just curious. Mine has 60 lb 80% mods and is measuring right at 60 lbs.

I’m working in Archer’s Advantage sight tapes and having the draw weight accurate is important.

I have 70lb and 80% mods and measuring at 70.8lbs...was kind of surprised by that, thought I should be closer to 73.

I agree. My heli-m was about 3 lbs over and I’ve heard a lot of bows are similar.

Wasn’t sure about the V3.

I’m in the process of setting up a V3 31”…it’s been a struggle but it’s likely just me being behind the times. My old bow was a Hoyt XTec and this is a whole nuther animal and seems touchy…not used to a short brace height but working on it.

30” draw, 70lb 85%. Haven’t measured actual DW but they’re bottomed out on riser. Integral drop away rest and single pin BG sight…no stabilizers or anything. Order GAS strings for both this and the Hoyt to be changed out this winter.

shooting 30.25” CTC RIP TKO’s with supplied 50gr shock collars and 50gr insert w/ 100gr head (200gr total front weight) and a few tenths under 15% FOC. Arrow weight is 515grs and I’ve crono’d 3 separate days and got 282, 283, and 284 FPS. Only 50 shots through it so far and still tuning/re-learning how to shoot.

I will say I’m very impressed with the performance and am looking forward to several deer tags getting filled with this bow in a just over a month…after learning to shoot all over again.

also have a 1/2 dozen S100’s arriving next week and can’t wait for the whitetails! This setup will likely see elk next fall, which was the entire point of this exercise and feeling good with the arrows/speed.

I'm still getting my arrows put together, buuuut...

31" v3
75lbs 80% mod
29" draw

28" Sirius apollo 250 spine with ethics 60-100gr half-outs and 150gr cutthroats. 550-600ish gr around 15-18% FOC... Haven't decided to use a wrap or not, and how much weight to trim off the insert.

I'm hoping to stay over 260fps... 280 would be sweet. I'm new to the heavy arrow thing. My last ones were 415

I'll give you guys an update when I get it all sorted.

Had mine for a little while now. I haven’t been a Mathews guy for a few years but as of now this is one of my favorites.

Anybody have success with their V3 this season? I was super stoked to finally punch my first archery tag.

I went with a v3 31 in Black 30.5” draw at 75# with the 85% let off. Web quiver, integrated MX rest, 8“ flatline stabilizer with adjustable rear v bar, 10” flatline stabilizer for the front, and garmin xero A1i pro for sights. A few other extras here and there.

The bow just arrived and I could only get 250 spine FMJ’s this week in 30.5 carbon to carbon, 100grain tips and nocturnals. They are weighing in at 512grain, 308FPS. Got some eastons ordered and will chrono them in a week or two and see what we get out of those.

I switched a lot of things from last year. Added 80% mods, Gas VX strings no monkey twist, Dead Center 10/8, Q Lite Quiver, Rattler Grips, Hamskea Trinity, Hamskea Raptor peep, Black Gold Mountain Lite 3 pin. My V3 27 is extremely hot for some reason, limb bolts all the way tightened is 74lbs. Shooting a Easton 5MM Autumn Orange FMJ 271FPS at 540 grains.
