Does anyone have a comprehensive guide to tuning (maybe from mathews) or another source on pdf? Ive been looking for a hard copy reference. Seen a few cheat sheets but don't know if there is a specific reference most guys use. Learning on my own over here. Thanks.

On the Archery talk site there is a sticky tuning thread in the Bowhunting section.
The only difference with some Mathews bows is you might have to shim the cams vs rest movements.

The charts above are the go-to references for Mathews tuning, and I'll second the Gillingham videos as well.

A third but more esoteric resource is Jesse Broadwater's Vimeo series on tuning compound bows. It costs money, but shows him setting up a TRX target bow. Very good and applicable to hunting bows of course. The money spent was worth it to me, because I like video instruction, learned a little that I didn't already know, and felt good knowing that not every single thing in your setup has to be "to spec" -- meaning there's some wiggle room with your letoff, draw length, rest setting, etc. all for the purpose of a bow that holds great and shoots where you point.

I forgot about that one...N&B is a good resource. It's a bit dated and not Mathews specific, but it has lots of good info nonetheless. I believe it pre-dates Mathews' switch to dual cam bows with top hats, so it may not mention how to laterally adjust cams on a modern Mathews. It's a pretty simple process though...just swap the top hats (fancy name for spacers) around to shift the cams left or right as indicated by your paper tear or bareshaft/broadhead POI.

Thanks you guys have been super helpful. I've been taking a deeper and deeper dive into working on my own equipment and am really enjoying the tinkering side of things. That said there are cans upon cans of worms you can open up.
