Mathews Mod Question

I’m new to Mathews. I have always shot 60#. My shop was out of those mods in my DL, so they put on 65# and backed the limb bolts out. My question is whether the draw would feel any different with 60# mods and limb bolts all the way in? Thanks for the help.

I don’t believe so. You can go down 10# with each mod.

The newer Mathew’s go up and down in poundage quite rapidly. A single turn on most will be a 5# reduction in most cases. That’s really not enough to affect the draw length.

I think it might draw a little smoother, but haven't ever done a draw scaled chart with them. I do feel like the 70# mods always draw pretty harsh on the SW cams.

It's really all about what you are used to, I doubt there's a significant difference between the 65 and the 60, but it probably has just a little less hump to it.
