I think this is an 8” but it measures almost 10” so I’m not for sure. I bought this in a group with a few other things about 6 months ago on here. I’ve never used it. I dont think it’s ever been used. It has two weights on it. $190 shipped. It comes with the attachment wing nut in the picture.
