Unknown suppressors OG testing

I don’t know that the one he has will be brought to market, but, for me to make the reaper 2-3” longer would be very very easy. Just needs to be enough interest to justify it!
Love the OG for its stated purpose.

But...

I have a lot of customer rifles to shoot a lot of proof ammo through, and I really want to take my noise and concussion down as low as "practical."

I'd rather buy a one-piece can from you than buy a 5" reflex and AB raptor 10-stack. The answer feels like a 30 cal TBAC Magnus-volume-forward can plus a 4 or 5 inch reflex. I think you'd sell these to more than just me.

I'm curious when you choose a 9 inch can over the OG and also what makes that one unique?

Because for that gun- max suppression (within reason) was the goal. That can metered at 124-125dBA. It’s not that it’s necessarily “unique”, it’s that it is a 1.5” diameter, 9” long can that is well designed and extremely durable.

For that use, why OTB?

Finally got out to shoot my OG yesterday alongside a Liberty Precision Mach S.

I love the balance, weight, and maneuverability with the OG. Like others have said… it’s not as quiet as a 7” forward can but the tone is deeper. I hope it keeps getting better as I put more rounds through it.

Tikka 20” 6CM, UM rings, Maven RS1.2 🤫, Rokstok, some other good stuff, and factory ELD M 108

Most pleasurable possible experience (noise level, noise frequency, recoil, concussion) when chugging through a thousand rounds in a session multiple days in a row. Eventually I need to put the customer's can on to get the final zero set, but that's only 20% of the rounds fired.

This is still my favorite RS paint scheme.

So what's everyone using for minimum barrel contour to fit in the 1.55 OG while still maintaining 0.710 muzzle shoulder for 5/8x24 threads? I just measured an ace #2 and at 19.5" it's right at 0.700", my smith advised no less than 0.710, whereas TBAC says 0.725, I'd like to try an OG but all my short barrel rifles are too heavy a contour. So looks like I'll be dropping $800 on a new pipe.

Haha, yeah........I've got several muzzle forward cans, but I'd like to try this OTB setup. I don't want the weight of a OG-L to use on my shorty light palmas which is normal contour for hunting rifles, as it usually finishes lighter than a #3 at the same length, but has a larger muzzle od for 5/8 threads.

That’s cool. It looks good. There are other OTB cans though that would fit on the barrels you have.

Raptor 6 with 3” reflex comes to mind. Also has 1/2-28” threads so no worry of shoulder. 5.5” so not losing much.
