It does not have the outer membrane that I know of. It is regular length. Thanks!

Thanks for the update. Was looking for a long for the daughter, yes, she is talllllll.

I have one of these bags, non-membrane, long and it is the best bag I've ever used.
Sleep used to be horrible afield. not anymore with the Helium.

How do these fit for length? I'm 5'11" and don't want to be tight in the feet area.
