Manners EH1 vs the new Pro Hunter stock

Does anyone have any feed back on either the manners EH1 or the new Pro Hunter. New build underway and torn between these two stocks.

I have the manners EH1 on a 300 prc I built. I like it for the most part. I wish the palm swell on the grip was smaller but other than that I’m happy. I would put a cheek pad on it to help when shooting and sweaty bc the carbon stock is kinda slick.

This is the cheek pad I am running and like it a lot. It’s also adjustable on height as well.

The pro hunter will have a little bit smaller grip and trigger reach than the EH1. The pro hunter is lighter and more streamlined than the EH1 overall and is a newer design with arca and pic rail built in.

I have an eh1 and love it, and a pro hunter ordered. I'd go pro hunter as it already has the pic rail up front.

That is the one thing I do like about the pro hunter is the integrated pic rail and arca by bottom metal.

I sell about 120 Manners stocks a year. The PH, IMHO, is the best hunting stock they make. It's Lighter, Sleeker, More Compact and feels better in my hands then the EH1 and the EH1 is great stock.

I just recently swapped my EH2 for a Pro Hunter and I love it! The EH2 used to be my favorite stock.

I have some in stock if you're interested.

What’s the weight difference between the 2?

I went through the PH vs the LRH. I went with the LRH w/ mini chassis and I'm not upset one bit with the choice I made.

Does anyone here use a ckyepod with their PH? I saw on another forum that the pic rail on the PH is rounded up front, preventing use of a bipod that slides onto the rail (rather than clamping on like an atlas). If that's the case, did you just grind down a bit of the rail?

Really liking the look of the PH, but may just go with an LRH and install a rail that will for sure work with my current bipod.

If you're thrown off by the rail, those are replaceable. I just got a salmon river solutions arca/pic rail combo to replace the two front studs on my LRH for a bipod or hooking to my tripod if I'd like it attached better at the front than at the arca rail near the magwell on the LRH.

While I agree swapping rails is very easy to do - the integrated portion on the PH would make it a little more difficult to swap (or at least it appears this way) due to the rounded section at the rear of the mount that sits flush with the fore end.

Again, the LRH may be the easier option.

Ohhh that's my bad. I forgot that they came like that. I liked that about the PH when I was looking but gambled on the LRH. Can't say enough good about it. Haven't regretted it once even for the extra bit of weight. It's my favorite that I own.

I have quite a few pic mounts and I don't have one that can't loosen enough that I have to slide on. But maybe that's a thing.

The PH is a pretty slick setup, just received mine a few weeks back from a January order. Lower stock is the CA Ridgeline OEM, ridiculous difference in shooter comfort.
