Make your Tikka awesome for $85 - Full Frame Outdoors Tikka Stock Kit

Curious as well…
One screw right down the middle into the stock. They provide the screw but tell you what size drill bit to pre-drill with.

You can also just use some good double-sided tape and get it on there pretty solidly for range work. Give it a wrap of tape around the stock with whatever texture you want and it'll be on there for a long time. The higher one I got doesn't contact the stock with 100% interface - it is skeletonized inside and has risers based on height, limiting the grip on the double sided tape method.

Mind if I ask what pic rail and rings those are? Rings got to be the lowest I've ever seen if I'm seeing it correctly.
Also (from the angle) looks like that scope is as far back as it can go without contacting the pic rail, like you want it further back but can't quite get there? My sons rifle had the same problem so I just took an angle grinder to the pic rail and cut a 45* into it and gained the extra half inch to make eye relief perfect.

If Tikka didn’t use a one size fits all action I could get it back a little farther without taking a file to the rail. I did that to a Savage and Athlon Helos 2-12 combo. Short tube from turrets to objective.

I tend to like a more heads up cheekweld than mounting the scope as low as possible. My chassis rifles I have 1.25” rings or higher on and one I even have a 1/2” riser. Very comfortable. The Savage and Tikka will eventually get taller rings.

Can someone comment on the difference between the full frame vertical grip and the Beretta vertical grip? besides the wider grip and the texture on the full frame, is there any difference? is the angle different? Thanks!

.

The grip palm swell is a little too much for my liking. Combined with the texture, a little sweat on my hands and I don't feel like I have a firm grip. The Rokstok has slightly less palm swell and fits me perfect, and the Tikka vertical has the least / no palm swell but still gives me a better grip with sweaty hands. The trigger reach does feel better on the FullFrame grip than the Tikka vertical. If you don't have tiny lady hands like I do, the FullFrame might be perfect for you.

Thanks, I did see that comment. I was wondering if the angle is any different or if the distance to the trigger is different. Thanks!
