This is an email I sent through their contact page on their website. Notice that I got a typed response within minutes of my inquerry. They sent me a brand new display unit with no questions asked. I thought this was exceptional since this is an electronic device which is used outdoors.

Hi Justin,

Sorry for the trouble with your display. It's possible that some pixels have gone bad in the screen. If you would like it repaired, we will cover it under warranty as long as the screen doesn't show any impact damage. You can send in just the display and include a note with a return address and phone number. We have a very quick turn around. Go ahead and save any data and remove the SD card before you send the unit in.

Mine just up and quit working one day. Wouldn't power on, new batteries didn't help so I called and they said send it in we'll replace it. No questions asked... Sent me a new one and I was back on my way.
 
I had an issue with my display, it would turn itself off and on. They replaced it no questions asked!
