Mackbros wont return my calls

Ive been trying to make an order with Mack bros going on 3 weeks. Ive had the office pickup twice and tell me they will call me back within the week, to no avail.

Ive tried the other extensions on the operator line (3x) and no one picks up.
Does anyone have experience with them or no how what the deal is. I dont want to be pushy, but 3 weeks to maybe get a call back is hard on a guy lol

stupid question, but why would you continue to consider purchasing from them if they can’t even get it together on the sales end?

Which product? Don’t kiss their ass to spend money with them. There’s better actions, suppressor, and accessories out there.

Ain't nothing that good...too many other options out there to have to beg someone to take your money.

Good luck. No, I do not know what their deal is and can't help. Get a Zermatt Origin or Defiance Classic is my best advice.

I would've moved on already. I won't buy from companies that can't figure out to take or return phone calls.

I called them the other day, no answer. Then I emailed and they replied back in about an hour give or take.
Then ordered a zenith K and had a follow up email on sending them Sot info and to which email shortly after the order.

Very surprised to hear this. I have found their customer service to be top notch. Recently called about an unlisted rail for an early action. Was transferred to one of the guys in the shop who dug around and found the last rail they had for that particular action. He walked the part to the shipping folks, who I understand are officed across the street. They called me the next morning for payment info and I had the rail in four days.
