Anybody ever use these? Specifically the Zenith and Zenith-K models? It would be strictly for hunting. Short barreled 300 WSM, 6.5 SAUM, etc.

The weight, length and price all look appealing. They also have a muzzle brake cap.

My previous experience is with a TBAC Ultra 7 so wondering how it compares to that

Thanks

I just put a Zenith K on a 20" inch 300 WSM. I so far have been impressed. It reduces the recoil pretty well for such a small can and it is more than manageable. I have yet to try the muzzle break cap.

Can also confirm the Mack Brothers Zenith cans are one of the best offerings out there for performance, weight, and price point. Would even go as far to say they’re the most underrated can on the market. Mack Brothers in general is a stellar company. Have both the standard and K model. Have run both on various rifles, but primarily dedicated to my 22” 7mm SAW & 22”.300 WSM long-action built for the 212gr LRX. The Zenith-K lives on my 18” 22 ARC gas-gun. Negligible decibel increase at the shooters ear when running the muzzle brake cap. The recoil reduction is tremendous, especially on my .300 WSM. Feels like a braked .308 Win. The standard model is noticeably more efficient than the K, but do love the K for the compact size and slight weight savings. Regardless, if you haven’t pulled the trigger on one already - Do it!

It's currently wearing an Omega 300. It does an excellent job of taming the gun with and without the omega's break. I'm willing to sacrifice some sound suppression to gain the weight savings!
Any update on a comparison between the Omega and K?

I ordered a Zenith K today. It will have to be shipped to my FFL then I can do the forms and start the waiting period. I’m going to try it on my 20” barreled 6.5 PRC and my 22” barreled 300 Win Mag.

I did a supressor testing day comparing the following model of supressors.

KGM R30 K
Zenith L
Nomad Ti XC
STM
Hexium 9”
Banish 30 7”
Banish 30 9”
Hux works ventum 7.26 Ti

Without a doubt, the Zenith L was the best in that group. It creates a very pleasant deep tone compared to all the cans listed above + cut recoil significantly better than any of the other options. The KGM’s tuning feature works very well on 6.5 creed and 7PRC… I could see the R30 or R30 T being an excellent option for competition shooting and non weight concerned hunting. The K is just too short and loud for shooting without ear pro, it hurt from the first round.

The Zenith L had 40% less felt recoil than any can above. It just moves the gun slower than all the others… you can still move slightly off target, but on 20x zoom from a kneeling tripod @100 yards, your field of view will still stay on the target. Very impressed!
