So starting to load for my Howa 6 arc - I purchased 3# pounds of LVR and starting with 106 TAPs...

As I have done my internet research, it is said that LVR is a dirty powder. To what extent? I am going to be shooting this rifle suppressed and should I expect this to affect my rifle/suppessor in any way? I have never been a big believer of cleaning barrels religously, they either shoot or they dont. But with the suppressor thrown in the mix - I am concerned how a dirt powder may affect that? Am I over thinking this? In reality, I see myself shooting a couple hundred rounds during load developement and barrel break in, then at that point it becomes a hunting rifle thats getting shot far less than say a target or match rifle.

I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s dirtier than some, but not terrible. If it seems too gunked up, just give it a clean.

It's more of an issue if loading for an AR, especially suppressed. Wouldn't worry about it at all for a bolt gun.

The powder is really dirty. Now with a semi auto, it's going to cake stuff up pretty good, but I loaded a bunch of my 6.5 Grendel (semi auto) up with it when powder was hard to find, shoots decent enough and makes cleaning a pain. However, as long as you clean your rifle, you will be fine.

When you run the loaded long max loads of lever over the chrono in that 6ARC, you won’t care anymore if it might be dirty…

Don’t give up on accuracy or ES/SD until you start getting close to pressure. Lever has seemed to be very uninteresting from that standpoint until you get close to max
