So with the cover on as far as it will go, it’s’ normal for their to be about 1/2” of extra length at the front? Doesn’t seem right to me.

No, that is not right. This is “right”.

Just using the stitches as a reference, yours appears to have about 1/2 the amount of extra length at the back as mine does when it’s flush with the front of the can. Also, if I can push it that far on, this just means that it will be able to slide that far under recoil. Seems like this one is about 1/2” too long. No, that is not right. This is “right”.![]()

I want to like these covers, but this is the second one I’ve ordered from this guy that hasn’t fit properly.
Just look at how much extra length mine has compared to yours. It's definitely too long. No, that is not right. This is “right”.![]()

This is helpful.I have a separate thread with common suppressor sizes, if you don’t see yours there or in comments, please add it. I haven’t updated the list in the first post yet, but will later this week.
No big deal, I agree that it shouldn’t matter as long as it doesn’t slide forward under recoil, but I’ve learned the hard way that if suppressors covers can move forward, they will….I see what you mean. Not sure it will make a real difference, but I understand your frustration.
