The Kirkland protein bars from Costco are... I think they are manufactured by anti hunters to harass us! But they are yummy!

I always repack my snacks and most of the dehydrated food in ziplocs. Can burn easily and no trash to pack out since there is no annoying foil. I've also found it saves a few ounces over the course of a few days worth of food.

As for YouTubers...

I sometimes repack but every once in a while I get a new snack bar that comes in some noisy packaging. And I open it slow inside my pack to hide the sound. Probably doesn't make a difference to the animals but at least I'm trying.

Fwiw, I don't watch many YouTube vids but I sure do notice the loud noises on their mics.
