Since Timberland owns "GoLite" as a brand, I would guess they were bought out and the corp office deemed them not so good for the bottom line. I'm sure it is a tough business, and goes to show that all money is not good money. I read that Timberland got bought out, so maybe that is why they are trimming down. Too bad as they have some awesome products.
