Looking for small pistol primers.

I ran out of SPP primers a while back while having a fairly large stash of SRP.

On a friend's suggestion, I started reading and found out that SRP and SPP are extremely similar, just SRP are slightly thicker in the material. I loaded up a few 9mm cases with SRP and tested them (no powder/bullet). Discovered all of my 9mm pistols would set off the SRP without issues.

proceeded to load up a few k of 9mm with SRP. I've fired a lot of those rounds with zero issues. Was using CCI SRP FWIW

Primers are the new cocaine of reloaders... I wish someone would "break" the cartel here

I can't get SRP to save my life.

Using SPP to reload 350 Legend and they fit well into winchester brass. Got some magnums and will see if they give any extra velocity. SPP will not fit into the hornady brass - I've tried, glad I don't have much hornady brass.

Been signed up with all of the major suppliers since this all began. Have yet to receive an email on primers. The funny thing is, I just happened to check Midway for powder the other day. They happened to have the powder I’ve been looking for in stock. Never received an email from them about it. I bought it and it shipped. A couple days later, I get a notification. Lol.

Unfortunately, every person I know of that has used SRPs in pistols for an extended period of time has experienced breech face erosion, so I haven’t tried it.

I wonder what it would cost to have primers shipped, because I’ve got a thousand CCI LRP in exchange for your CCI SPP (I saw your post in the classifieds).
