I will second your opinion of the Sig Kilo 10 Gen II, my only gripe being the included neck strap that I could never manage to install … I ordered an alternative.I'll say it again, my Gen 2 Kilo 10ks have been outstanding. Have not tried them hunting but have used them at a few PRS matches at this point and they've been money.

Very nice glass to boot.
I've just returned a new pair of Leica Geovid Pro 10x42 AB+ binos because I did not find the Range finder, with its cycling screens, terribly pleasant to work with, as well as the reticle that was barely visible in sunlight with the brightness set at max, 5. Optically, it was superb, but I needed the range finder capability, and in that regard, the Sig Kilo 10 Gen 2—which I had exchanged the Geovids for—beats the pants off of the Leica. Just my opinion.Save some pennies and buy geovid pros. Will change your life.
