My son and I are looking for an outfitter for a moose hunt in Ontario either in 2025 or 2026. Does anyone have a recommendation for an outfitter? Thanks in advance!

I'm interested in this too. My buddy is champing at the bit for moose, Ontario seems like a good spot that's close(r) to where we live by car. Manitoba is further away, Quebec has a one moose per two hunter requirement (seems like a way to ruin a friendship) and Newfoundland is surprisingly far when you factor in the 7 hour ferry ride!

Anyone have an Ontario moose outfitter recommendation? 2027 is an option, if necessary.

Give mark a call at nakina north outfitters, he has tags in 15 b , pretty good area, i believe he has drive in and i know hes looking at a flyin camp west of armstrong, that camp is close to where i hunt. Got a nice bull there this last yr. If you want give me a call at 608-864-0201 i have a few other suggestions too

Blackmoose at the end of Hwy 105;

Check them out on the IG first, but they're gtg. They're running a world class op.

That's the one;

Great folks, awesome fishing, beautiful lakes, and some really cool airplanes to get out and back. Lots of moose too.

Just wanted to see if anyone has any suggestions on ontario. I like the idea that you dont have to have a guide to hunt it!

Hunt ontario every year, some units are easier to get outfitter tags than others. I hunt 15b and have decent success, personally I like to fly in but there are some decent drive in camp options, I've also hunted wmu1c and wouldn't probably opt for that unless it was a fly in, more tags available up there but rd access is limited so lots of guys up there.
Also lots of outfitters tags are reserved yr after yr for same groups, so some places are hard to get tags, but usually you can do some digging and find one,
My two cents is,, hunt the rut,, fly in, learn to call , increases ur chance of success alot,
