Looking for Euro Mount Ideas

Still deciding on displays, but built ( well, sanded, oiled, and added legs to) a slab of fir. Smaller bucks like these fit fine.

Beautifully done, man! I love the pine wall. I have some rough cut longleaf boards that were culled because of blue stain fungus, but I think the coloration of it is pretty nice. Hope to put something similar together in my space. Good job...and great specimens!

Lots of great euros on this thread so far...keep em coming. I have two deer heads in the freezer to euro now, and one dead head.

I did a nice free range Texas axis once, sadly the Mount was destroyed on a crass country move, that the taxidermist like so much he stared offering it As a standard option.

some animals like the axis have great looking hide so I had him tan a small section, maybe 6 to 8 inches wider than the skull, to put on the plaque backing the skull. Looked great.

Here's my favourite mount display, I rotate the skulls from time to time.

I've also made a pedestal set up to hang my "overflow" of skulls, it currently holds 6 skulls.

Also, I made a pack mount a few years ago and I think they look great with euros.

I like using driftwood it sets the piece apart as not two will be the same. Also pictured is my favorite skull stand.
