Trophyhill, is your friends name Greg? If so, he is a mutual friend, and a hell of a great guy.

Yes and Gregg is a great friend. If we both draw 49 this year this could be his last hunt due to his knees and he recently broke his ankle and lower leg. There is some ground in 49 he thinks he'll be able to hunt. I've heard stories about the bulls he's called in for others in 49. I'm looking forward to hopefully drawing this unit this year. I should have drawn it last year but I think point creep has affected this unit with so many dumping points there now because they will never catch up to the units they'd like to hunt.

Since this is an old thread. How did the hunt go? I live right next to 49, but have never hunted it. I usually go west.
