Looking for a meme

Pretty sure I originally saw this here on Rokslide, so I'm asking here... I'm looking for a meme that I thought was in the COVID Memes thread, but I can't find it. I also searched the internet for it and struck out. It showed a man in a chair watching the news. The news guy on TV had a Pinocchio nose and it stuck it so far that it stabbed and killed the man watching it. Can someone post or direct me to it?
