Looking for a hooker

Not just any hooker will do.

Now that I have your attention, I’m looking for a sew on shock cord type pouch hook similar to the Kuiu range finder pouch hook. I’ve checked Rockywoods, sailright, dutchware, bytheroll, etc.. but can’t seem to find a sew on type hook with no special retention gizmos. Any source suggestions out there appreciated.

Maybe something like a hook for lacing up boots but lighter duty, not sure just thinking out loud here

Wow, just did a search on boot hooks and that looks like the answer. Lots of options out there. If I’m overlooking another option/solution feel free to chime in otherwise I’d say case closed without any input.

Now that I think about it a minute that. could be made out of aluminum in the garage in no time. Just a couple of holes and one bend around a small dia.
