I see the previous poster recommended someone in Ogden. If you're going to make that trip it might be worth considering D S Gunsmithing in Morgan as well. He's chopped and threaded 2 rifles for me and does good work. I feel like his prices are reasonable as well.

I'm sure there are several competent gunsmiths in the Logan area as well, so hopefully more guys will chime in.
