Longhunter or XTL on a Highcamp 4800?

I haven't been able to find anything on this though I may have missed it.

Anyone using one of these lids on their highcamp? I'd like to get a minimal amount of basic storage within easy reach and have typically used a pack lid for all I need. Thoughts? Photos?

I have the XLT on my Timberline. I love it. But I think I am going to go a little Sac Religious and throw a Mystery Ranch Lid on my Timberline 2 cause I can use that as a daypack. =)

If you plan on also using it as a daypack, take a look at the E&E, works well as a lid

The Mystery Ranch lid is a solid choice, used one for years but never needed it as a daypack. Figured I could go without the backpack pieces. Just looking for some pockets to hold a few little things handy, eben one large pocket would work. Just haven't seemed to find the best solution yet.

For your use, I prefer the XLT to the Longhunter. I have both and prefer the XLT. Many here prefer the Longhunter Lid as it holds 400 ci more stuff than the XTL, but I like the versatility and shape of the XLT better,
