Long range build business

I've been considering beginning a simple long range Remington Sendero build or using one the many custom rifle companies that offer an out of the box service. Does anyone recommend a good gun smithing and reloading business that I could contact about a custom build at a reasonable price?

Rbros rifles. He will be able to tell you the loads the rifle will use. You will have to reload yourself but not having to do any load development is nice.

If your not in a big hurry and your looking for a custom build to your specs Kenvin Cram with Montour County Rifles is a great choice. He will talk with you and give you his opinion if you ask for it, or build what you tell him too. I have a 300 WM that he built off of Rem 700 action I gave him. The rifle shoots sub 0.5 when I do my part.

Bob Beck is a stand up guy and a site sponsor. I have never held or shot any of his rifles but I would like to someday and check it out.

Shawn Carlock does that. Test target provided as well as load data.

i know Bob as well, he builds one heck of a nice rifle. I have played with them a few times and they are sweet..

Rumor has it they are coming out with a ~6lb LR rifle.

Butchs Guns in Woodward Ok would be a good option for you if you ever make it to western Ok, see your located in Dalhart, he has a in house gunsmith that has built me a few guns now and builds a lot of guns out of there and he does good work, Butch and Matt are knowledgeable and shoot a lot of matches too. And there is Parrys custom guns in Vici ok too he's pretty good and has built me a couple good rifles.

in june i will be shooting in the area [ south of dalhart] if you want to see some rifles.

also several of the benchrest smiths will be shooting in raton in may and june. if you go up and wander around, just ask shooters when they are practicing or cleaning who built their rifle and if he is there.
