Since the district court date of March 9th doesn’t appear to have happened there’s a few things that are likely. The trial was continued to a later date not reported or both sides are still litigating pretrial motions. No way this case is dropped as the fraud/theft charges are heavy enough to piss off any judge, but some kind of plea is probably in the making as usual.
