Loading for 22 Arc

I am looking for loading information for 22 Arc utilizing 77gr Sierras. I have a 1:8 24" barrel. Also, any good subsonic loads out there to try?

Howa mini barreled action from Brownells with a 20 in. barrel.

Varget 27.5 Gr.
CCI 250 Primer
Hornady Brass
COL 2.2
77 Gr. TMK

I only did one 5 shot group because I ended up going with Berger 85.5 LRHTs. The velocity average for the TMKs was 2839 with a group of .8 in. I jumped them 40 thou because I had really good luck with jumping 69 gr. BlitzKings and 77 gr TMKs 40 thou in my .224 Valkyrie and it seemed to work.
